Unpredictable future for Absame: Absame Monkey Business

It's understandable to have questions about overall Absame future and security. That’s why I am writing this article (The Absame Monkey business) in order to measure and question Absame Scholars for their long traditional of being game watchers, not because I’m silly, but because we all want them to be in a leading position in this uncertain time.

Would they (Absame Scholars) be ever fulfilling their duty? I doubt they would ever be able to lift us from the difficulties that we are in today?

In an effort to minimize our internal and external weaknesses, it is imperative that a set of guidelines and controls be established between Absame leaderships.

The current Absame Monkey business:

1.Currently Absame has no central leadership, and/or have no base communication whatsoever!
2.We work apart and opposite from one to another, with no respect to each other.
3.While one has been humiliated others are pleased for it …
4.In many years, we have been going through confusion and chaos with no clear agenda.
5.We are the only and only people in the horn who have been subjugated
and are still under occupation.
6.We have been demoralized by our own leaders who are not able to lift our people from the harsh situation.

The solution of the problems:
1)It is crucial that an open communication dialogue chain should be created and maintained between Absame.
2)It is most effective to ensure that only qualified, knowledgeable and skilled people are enabled to run the political environment of Absame.
3)Any unreasonable execution which could cause political and economic instability has to be brought to the immediate attention of the Absame middle Tier for further analysis.
4)Absolutely, it is necessary to establish Absame Core Group.
5)Absolutely, there is critical need for establishing Absame Core
Group.
6)The core group shall conduct monthly reports and make it available to the Absame Political and Traditional leaders.
7)All Absame clans and sub clan leaders should be identified.
8)Choosing right leadership is a blessing, and we should truly give efforts with full hearts that we can choose one or more!
9)Off course, there must be a fund available for the Absame Core Group.

Conclusion:

In today’s world, we need to be strong community like bricks and walls. We need not to let our people down. We need to be able to recognize our issues and weaknesses as a whole and stand together in order to fix our problems one portion to another. We desperately need immediate resolution for the Absame people, because our aspiration and dreams are at stake.

"Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success."

There is a great need for putting behind the past crisis and clan confusions - the narrow-minded interests will take us nowhere. Let us go beyond the bridge!

We badly needed to have people (leadership) with vision who help us out of our mess. It's an unthinkable and irresponsible for the Absame scholars to sit and watch what is happening today inside Absame and around the world.

We need to choose a leader(s) who can truly deliver the Spirit of what we are standing for.Having all the above resolution will feature and refresh actual Absame dignity and it could restore trust between Absame leaders and build health community among Absame clans.Destiny is not a matter of chance; it is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for, but it's a thing to be achieved. If we don’t choose our destiny to achieve for, it will never be achieved in a
magic way!.This instrumental advice would allow us pulling together back from the current blind and deep political and economic naive.

If we ignore our problems it means we are inviting our crisis!

I think it's time to reach out to all the talented and concern parties in our community. But the hard question is who will take the initiative? I supported the window of peace and dialogue. I also support the current movement - so-called Odayaal (Ugasyo) ideology, who has engaged very tough and encouraging political talks with Ethiopia, but there is a lot
of risks involve on this political process that we need to be very careful, and must not make a mistake at this time.
