Cuntada muhiimka ah ee cimri-dheerar keenta iyo Deegaanka iyo Guriga waxyeellada ama caafimaadka ay u keenaan bulshada:

Qaado maalinkasta  ugu badnaan  75 mg oo aspirin ah cuntada kadib, wuxuu ka hortagi cudurrada dilaaga ah ee la dhaho: Kansar ”cancer”, wadna xanuun ”illness of heart” iyo dhiig-karka ”hyper-tension—blood pressure” (take daily 2 baby aspirin, maximum 75 mg after meal).

 

Qaado maalinkasta hal kaniini oo vitamin ah cuntada kadib,  sida superdin oo kale(take daily multi-vitamin tablet, like superdin, during  or after heavy meal).

 Inta badanaa cun qudaarta iyo midhaha cagaarka ama jaallaha ah, sida mooska, qaraha, babaayga, saytuunka, tamaadhada, shaaha cagaarka ah, canabka, tufaaxa, dadka aad u beerta tufaaxa waxay dhahaan “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”, iwm..(all anti-oxidants are important to eat).

Shokulaatada waa muhiim oo waxay yaraysaa walwalka iyo fikirka badan(chocolate reduces stresses).

Waana qayb kamid ah la dagaallanka duqowga( all above mentioned oils are also very use full for our body, just use them as body-cream, if you can afford it).

 Noockasta oo Basbaas ama toonta ah, sida sanjibiil, xawaash (qurfo iyo hayl), curry, cumin, chilly, pepper, mustard, iwm..  waxay ka hortagaan kansarka,  dhiiga ayay daryeelaan, waxaa laga helaa vitamin nooca  ‘B’, waxay daweeyaan cudurka illawshaha ama loo yaqaan “Alzheimer”(all spices, like ginger, garlic,  curry, cumin, chilly, pepper, mustard are good for:  anti-cancer, cleaning the blood, containing vitamins group ‘B’ ).

 Cuntada muhiimka ah ee gaska leh oo marwalba loo baahanyahay in la cuno lagana helo waxa loo yaqaano “food contained fiber ”  oo qofkii marwalba cuna caafimaad badan ka heli waa kuwan:

  Digirta, looska, fasooliya, iwm..(Beans, bees, oats, white beans, etc.)

  Hadhuudhka(masago yarey), gallayda(soorta ama shuurada) ama ingiriis lagu dhaho(sorghum, maize, etc..)

   caanaha iyo waxa laga sameeyo, sida jiiska, yogorta, iwm..(milk and bi-products of milk, like cheese, yoghurt, etc..)

 digaaga iyo ukunta cunistooda waa laga maarmaan(chicken and egg are very useful for our body).

 hilibka mallayga oo leh waxa loo yaqaan “omega/3”.  Waliba mallayga laga helo wabiga ama biyaha macaan qofkii badi cuna kuma dhaco ruuxaasi cudurka kaneecada ama loo yaqaano malaariya, marka cuniddiisa waa difaac oo ka hortag ah, sida tallaalka oo kale. Cunista mallayga noockasta ha noqdee waxaa laga helaa vitamin A and D wuxuuna yareeyaa fikirka iyo walwalka badan  (eating fish, particularly fresh water fish, is very healthy and   you’ll not get malaria. Every fish contains vitamin A and D and reduces stresses).

  Bariiska aan caddayn cunistiisa waa muhiim oo wuu vitamin badan yahay (eating brown rice contains more vitamin than others).

   Waxyaalaha guriga lagu isticmaalo, sida sigaarka, shiishada, jaadka, iwm.., aad ayay caafimaadka wax u dhimaan, siiba caruurta way u darantahay.  Guriga la daggan yahay ee habeenkii la seexdo waa mamnuuc caafimaad ahaan in waxyaalahaas oo kale loo isticmaalo(smoking cigarettes, shisha and narcotics in the house is forbidden)

  Duqowga degdega ah waxay aad u saamaysaa dadka kaligood nool. Nasiib wanaag bulshada soomaalida aad ayay noolashaasi ugu yartahay. Kali-noolaashada waxay ku badan tahay waddamada horumaray oo guur iyo caruurba aan rabin.(living alone is very dangerous).

   Qaraabada ama saaxiibada badan oo marwalba isbooqda caafimaad badan ayay keentaa. Kulanka qaraabada waxay keentaa farxad iyo qosol, taasina waa ka hortaga fikirka iyo walwalka badan. Arrintan soomaalida qani ayay ku tahay.  Dadka arrintan ay aad u saamaysay waa ummdaha horumaray. Baryahan dambe waxaa arrintan ka lacagaystay dadka dunida soo koraysa asalkooda uu yahay oo ku nool dhulkaasi horumaray. Waxaa jira  hay’ado badan oo bara dadka ay baahida bulsho hayso sida loo wada dhaqmo, loo wada noolaado, iwm.. Nasiib wanaag waddankeena waxyaalahaasi wuu ku yaryahay(environmental pollution is very dangerous for our health; although is it‘s little in our country).
